Choose the first option, Steam Support. Go to Purchases, and locate the entry for your Steam Deck. All steam decks have the same model number. Each steam deck does have a unique serial number. So they will block the serial number not the model number. You can buy 20 of the same model number tv's. But every single one of them 20 will have a different serial number.
