I can't imagine why anyone would drive the I-10 bridge when the Mobile Bay Ferry is an option. Personally, I love any excuse to get on a boat. The sea breezes, the wonderful views! It's all great. The ferry allows access to a part of Mobile Bay that most people wouldn't get to see, without having a personal boat.
